I know people traditionally think about 1st January as being the time to start new things and focus on the future, but for a few years now I’ve used September as being my chance to start afresh on certain things, and this year is no different. Today is me renewing my commitment to healthy eating and working out. We’re off on a beach holiday at the end of November and skiing in December and I want to make sure I look great in a bikini and have the endurance to ski all day.
